Dwayne is currently the Pastor-in-Charge of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, that was established by him in the year 2007. He serves as a director of pastoral care for the Acts 29 Network. His passion is to train the next generation of biblical counselors. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the writer of numerous online articles and the author of Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Achieving Change in Lives with God's Changeless The Truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne and his wife Leslie have three children.
